Abstract
Sam Ratulangi Airport is one of the most important transportation nodes for the people in Manado City. However, until now there is no transportation that serves the requests of Sam Ratulangi Airport passengers to and from Manado City. This study was conducted to determine how much potential demand, operational performance, and vehicle operating costs are from the transportation of modifiers at Sam Ratulangi Airport. In this study, what was carried out was to analyze the number of potential passenger requests for airport-mode guide transportation with a passenger interview survey, so that it can be determined the travel route, type and specifications of the vehicle, number of vehicles, departure schedules for transportation of mod users, vehicle operating costs with the SK Method. DIRECTOR GENERAL OF HUBDAT NO.687/2002 which then produces transportation rates to be charged to each passenger of the airport mode of transportation. From the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it is determined that the transportation route of the mode guide, namely Sam Ratulangi Airport - Mantos. The operation schedule of Sam Ratulangi Airport starts from the first arrival schedule of the aircraft, namely at 06.55 WITA to 15.50 WITA, which is on the last aircraft departure. So that the mode-mixing transportation service time starts at 04.00 to 18.00 assuming a travel time of 175 minutes which is adjusted to the first departure schedule of the plane until the last departure time with the number of fleets of 12 medium bus units charged vehicle operating costs ranging from Rp. 6.33 pnp / km so that the fare charged to passengers ranges from Rp. 8,063 and the proposed fare is Rp. 8,100. The ability of a person to pay for services amounting to Rp. 5,154.
