Abstract
PT. Semen Tonasa is the largest cement producer in eastern Indonesia, located in Pangkep Regency. This cement factory is one of the livelihoods for the people in South Sulawesi. In this case, it is necessary to plan for rail transportation modes to assist the distribution of production results. The purpose of this study was to find out what facilities are used and how much they need and to plan the pattern of operations for the transportation of cement goods across Mangilu-Garongkong. , and line requirements. The results of this study are the graph of the train journey, the scheme of the train operation pattern, the assumption of loading and unloading time, and the need for facilities. The trip graph will display the train operating pattern that shows the time of departure, stop, cross or directly on the Mangilu - Garongkong route.
