Abstract

One of the obstacles in the maintenance of railway infrastructure is the input of data for infrastructure maintenance which is still done manually so that paper is still needed, this process also requires the accuracy of the examiner. The data input process also has to go through a process that is quite long and less efficient, because after the maintenance, the results of the examination sheets are recorded on paper and then inputted into the system. In addition, the paper is then stored in a cupboard so that it requires a fairly wide archive storage space and the paper could be used by other people so that data security cannot be accounted for. Based on these problems, the author wants to provide a solution through inputting information technology-based data, so that the treatment process can run more effectively and efficiently. Techniques or methods of data is descriptive analysis method. The android-based Upstream Electric Transmission maintenance data input application has been successfully built. To develop this data input prototype design, it uses a UI (user interface) design approach through the Figma device. With the data input application, it will be easier for examiners to input data on the results of Upstream Electricity Transmission maintenance.
