Abstract

Abstract Salatiga City is a city located on the Central Java transportation route that connects Semarang City and Solo City, so it has a strategic location that causes traffic to become crowded. Rejosari intersection is an APILL intersection which has four intersection legs and is an access road to the CBD. With the high traffic flow, intersection Rejosari requires traffic engineering by optimizing control of cycle time adjustments and APILL phase changes. To get the existing results and optimal green time using the MKJI method. The results obtained after doing engineering is an increase in intersection performance after optimization. Keywords: Intersection, MKJI 1997, Traffic Engineering, Cycle Time, Green Time, Phase Abstrak Kota Salatiga merupakan kota yang terletak di jalur transportasi Jawa Tengah yang menghubungkan antara Kota Semarang dan Kota Solo, sehingga memiliki lokasi yang setrategis yang menyebabkan arus lalu lintas menjadi ramai. Simpang Rejosari merupakan Simpang APILL yang mempunyai empat kaki simpang dan merupakan akses jalan menuju CBD. Dengan tingginya arus lalu lintas, Simpang Rejosari diperlukan rekayasa lalu lintas dengan mengoptimalkan pengendalian penyesuaian waktu siklus dan perubahan fase APILL. Untuk mendapat hasil eksisting dan waktu hijau optimal menggunakan metode MKJI. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan rekayasa yaitu peningkatan kinerja simpang setelah dilakukan optimalisasi.
