Abstract

Lembang Tourism Area is a traffic jam area. The performance of roads in the Lembang Tourism area on holidays is bad, especially on Jalan Raya Lembang which has a V/C ratio value of 1.37 with LOS F due to an increase in vehicle volume of 378.6% from normal days. What is done to overcome congestion is to provide shuttle transportation to tourist destinations. This tourist destination shuttle transportation plan will review the aspects of the facilities and operating systems on tourist destination shuttle transportation including the capacity and type of service, related to tourism activities will be reviewed from the aspect of location, type of tourism object, and demand for tourism. The type of vehicle used for planning Shuttle transportation to tourist destinations in the Lembang area is Hino Dutro 130 MDBL, Micro Bus in the form of Bandros West Bandung Regency which is named Bus Ngumbara which stands for "Ngurilingi Bareng Masyarakat Bandung Barat" In order to realize the operation of Shuttle Transport for tourist destinations In this Lembang area, Park and ride facilities are very much needed as a parking area for tourist vehicles. In addition, the local government must establish strict rules for tourists to limit the number of private vehicles entering the Lembang area, such as implementing an odd-even system on holidays, prohibiting private transportation from passing through the transportation lane. shuttle, and apply traffic engineering.
