Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of the double-double track construction and the finalization of the Bekasi Station is in the final stages which will allow capacity and mobility improvements at Bekasi Station, while there is no better integration between components in accordance with the wishes of rail service users. component of facilities at Bekasi Station to make it easier for customers of transportation services at Bekasi Station.This study uses 3 methods of analysis of existing conditions, Importance Analysis (IPA) and Modal Interaction Matrix (MIM). From the analysis obtained, a recommendation layout is proposed according to the conditions at Bekasi Station. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there were still several components that did not meet PM 63 of 2019 and were included in quadrant I of the IPA analysis, then the MIM method obtained a value of -200 with poor indicators, and re-analysis was carried out with the recommendation layout, a value of-75 was obtained with good indicators.
