Abstract

With the entry of Lamongan regency in the Germankertasiuli region causes increasing the population and movement activities in Lamongan District. This will also affect the need for transportation resulting in risks of increased traffic problems and road safety levels if not well accommodated. One of the problems is an accident. The path of Labongan Km 3.1-4.1 is one of the national roads in Lamongan District which is the main access from Surabaya, Gresik, Sidoarjo to Tuban, Bojonegoro and Central Java Province. On this road often occur with either accident that causes casualties and not. Judging from road conditions, this path does not necessarily concern because of which the national road station of road pavement is very less adequate. Where the way is much wavy, the uneven path of path, and there is still a broken path. According to the record of the Police of the Layongan District Police Accident, in 2021 shows that the path of Rabing-Lamongan km 3.1-4.1 is a road that has the highest number of accidents in Lamongan District with 49 events, with the death of the death of the 22-person victims, weight loss 0, and 82-injuries injuries. The path of Labongan KM 3.1-4.1 obtained alternative road design recommendations that meet safety standards in the form of mixed speed limit, ring stamps, redaring marketing, median installation, and watnoting lighting at the most pronunciation.h
