Abstract

Simpang Mrican is signalized intersection located in Kediri City that connects Kediri City with Nganjuk City. Simpang Mrican located in the in the outer cordon of Kediri City causes frequent traffic jams caused by the large number of large-dimensional vehicles that pass and the number of vehicle queues. Degree of saturation at Simpang Mrican is 0.67. Queue at Simpang Mrican is 83.25 meters. And the delay at Simpang Mrican is 81.51 seconds. Based on these conditions, an evaluation of the performance of the intersection was carried out using the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual (MKJI) calculation guide
