Abstract

The increase in the movement of goods transport in Ponorogo Regency by 28.6% per year is not followed by the development of good freight transport facilities, it can cause several traffic problems caused by mixtraffic, thereby reducing the performance of road sections in Ponorogo Regency. Taking this into account, it is necessary to regulate freight traffic in Ponorogo Regency to require goods transport vehicles to cross the Ring Road to reduce the volume of traffic within the city. The analytical method used in this research is loading using vissum software and calculating Generalied Cost. With this method can be analyzed the performance of the proposed condition of the road and the costs incurred . After measuring the performance of the current road section, a comparison of the performance of the current condition with the proposed condition is carried out by using service level indicators as well as cost comparisons. From the results of the comparative analysis of the cost of the presence or absence of a freight transport ring line, the difference in fuel is 132 L, with a total cost difference of Rp. 678,812 with a difference in vehicle costs of Rp. 480, the generalized cost with the JLAB is smaller than before the JLAB. Without the ring line, the total cost is Rp. 15,621,558 and with the ring path, it is Rp. 14,942,746.
