Abstract
Sigi is a regency in Centra; Silawesi Province, Indonesia. This district was formed based om Indonesian Law Number 27 year of 2008. The headquarter of Sigi Regency is located in Biromaru District where before earthquake disaster happened in 2018, Sigi Regency had routes and urban transportation route stopped operating due to many factors. This research then aimed to reform the planning of urban transportation route’s network, by looking at the highest demand in several zones, which the highest is in zone 1 with number of 22.972 production and 24.161 towing where this production can generates loading by using the vissum 18, so that it helps to ease in determining the number of planned route network. By the existence of planned route network, it is possible to determine the number of fleets and fare rates to be utilized in the operation of public transportation the will be executed in Sigi Regency.
