Abstract

Terminal is a road transportation infrastructure based on the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 24 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Road Transport Passenger Terminals, passenger terminals are required to have main facilities, supporting facilities, and public facilities. Terminal Ajung, which is located on Jalan M.H Thamrin, has a 2/2UD collector function that has problems inside and outside the Terminal. This causes the service function of the Ajung Terminal to be not optimal. Processing of route data analysis based on the calculation of potential and actual needs to determine the terminal capacity, calculations based on the estimated number of passengers and vehicles entering the terminal to determine the extent of the need for main and supporting terminal facilities. The proposal of this research is to improve the performance of the terminal which first evaluates the operational performance of the current terminal, which serves passengers both in terminal services in terms of terminal facilities to services in public transport operations
