Abstract

In this study, the authors took a case study regarding on-street parking on Residen Pamuji street. Pamuji Residen Street is one of the centers of economic activity as a center for trip generation and attraction. However, due to the lack of parking space provided, the vehicles are parked on the road. On-street parking applied to Residen Pamuji street is at angles 600 and 900. However, there are some vehicles that are still not regularly parked, so they take up a larger parking space. So indirectly on�street parking conditions cause a reduction in the effective width of the road and affect road capacity. The results of on-street parking analysis show that the provision of parking spaces still exceeds the existing parking demand. However, because there is no good parking arrangement, it results in reduced road performance, for example in the existing condition of the Residen Pamuji 2 Road with a capacity of 2479.5 (pcu/hour), V/C Ratio 0.64, travel speed 27.70 (km/hour) and a density of 57.03 (pcu/km) The proposed recommendation is to increase the road segment by changing the parking angle to 900 for motorcycles and 00 for passenger cars and pick-ups. In addition, another recommendation that is proposed is setting parking times for pick-up vehicles for the purposes of loading and unloading goods, allowing parking at night from 21.00 to 05.00 WIB.
