Abstract
Given the current pandemic period, the demand for public transportation services, especially urban transportation in Grobogan Regency, is still very large.nnn. This must be supported by the provision of adequate public transportation services and ensure the fulfillment of community needs. However, the reality on the ground shows that there are many problems with existing urban transportation. From these various problems, it is necessary to improve the performance of urban transportation in order to provide effective and efficient services to the community. The research used is to determine the performance of urban transportation services in Grobogan Regency in terms of passengers, operator’s point and goverment point.
