Abstract

Based on the identification of existing problems and the data obtained, here are some formulations of the problems that occur, namely: What is the current condition of the performance of roads in the Hj.Anna Lasmanah Regional Hospital, Banjarnegara Regency, How is parking on the road body in the Hj.Anna Lasmanah Hospital area, Banjarnegara Regency , How are the scenarios for improving the performance of roads in the Hj.Anna Lasmanah Hospital, Banjarnegara Regency. The flow of research thinking is the stages of activities carried out in the analysis from the initial or first stages of research to the final stage of research. There are two alternative treatments in solving the problem of decreasing road performance in the Banjarnegara District Hospital Area. The first alternative is the Diversion of On Street Parking to Off Street and the second is the Transfer of On Street Parking to the Gotong Royong’s Street Section. Based on the results of the analysis on the two alternative treatments, the more effective alternative is the transfer of on-street parking to off-street parking because it does not interfere with the performance of other roads in the Banjarnegara District Hospital area such as the Gotong Royong Street. The transfer of on-street parking to off-street parking with the aim of improving road performance in the Banjarnegara Hospital area, an empty land located right to the north of the RSUD and located on the Mayjend Sutoyo 1 road’s segment. Controlling parking on roads in the area by installing no-parking signs on Jendral Sudirman 2 street and Mayjend Sutoyo 1 street if parking has been shifted to off-street parking.
