Abstract
The intersections in Kudus Regency which have close distances and the type of intersection in the form of signalized intersections are the BNI Intersection, Kletheng Intersection, and DPRD Intersection. The three signalized intersections have a distance between intersections that does not exceed 1 kilometer and is located along Jalan Jenderal Ahmad Yani which has implemented a one-way system. The problem that occurs at the three intersections is the application of inappropriate cycle times causing poor performance of the intersection, seen from the length of time delay for each intersection. The data collected was carried out by direct survey including geometric data of intersections, vehicle volumes, and cycle times of each intersection. The data is used to obtain the existing performance of each intersection where the calculation method used is MKJI 1997. Based on the results of the analysis, the three intersections are coordinated using the Transyt application and a new cycle time is generated. The conclusion is obtained by comparing the performance indicators of the intersection in the form of degrees of saturation, queues, and delays in existing conditions with after coordination.
