Abstract
The performance of urban transportation services in the city of Bogor has not shown good service performance with a total of 3,180 fleets and 24 routes. The existence of several routes that experience overlapping routes, low load factor, and there are routes that have headway up to 60 minutes from these problems need to be improved so that minimum service standards can be achieved. Based on the results of the analysis, the route network is rearranged based on potential demand so that the performance of urban transportation services is better than before. The conclusions obtained are the proposed route network and the needs of its fleet, the proposed route operation pattern and the comparison between the existing route service performance and the proposed route service performance, .
