Abstract
ABSTRACT Magelang City has a Terminal located on Soekarno-Hatta Street, North Tidar, South Magelang, Magelang City and has a land area of 2.9 Ha. Tidar Type A Terminal has main and supporting facilities that are not in accordance with the function standards of Terminal Type A. This makes the performance of terminal services to public transportation users bad and makes the terminal not optimal as a place for passengers to go up and down at the terminal. With the absence of a service zone according to applicable standards, the Tidar Type A terminal still does not provide a better sense of comfort for passengers. And from the MIM analysis conducted at Tidar Type A Terminal, the results obtained are still Very Bad. For the solution, it is necessary to optimize the terminal to improve the performance of terminal services based on the results of the analysis that has been used to create an Optimal Type A Terminal. Recommendations for Tidar Type A Terminal so that the service zone in the Terminal can be adjusted to existing standards. In addition, it is necessary to equip facilities that do not yet exist, especially those that get top priority. And apply the recommended distance of integration between facilities according to the expectations of passengers. With this, it is hoped that people who use public transportation at the terminal will increase, and passengers feel comfortable and safe. Keywords : Optimization, Terminal Type A, Service Performance Improvement ABSTRAK Kota Magelang memiliki Terminal yang terletak di Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Tidar Utara, Magelang Selatan, Kota Magelang dan meiliki luas lahan 2,9 Ha. Fasilitas utama, fasilitas penunjang fasilitas umum yang berada di Terminal Tipe A Tidar belum sesuai dengan standar pelayanan. Dengan masih belum adanya zona pelayanan sesuai standar yang berlaku menjadikan terminal Tipe A Tidar belum memberikan rasa nyaman lebih baik terhadap penumpang. Dan dari analisis MIM yang dilakukan di Terminal Tipe A Tidar, hasil yang didaptkan masih Sangat Buruk. Untuk solusinya perlu dilakukan optimalisasi terminal untuk memperbaiki kinerja pelayanan terminal berdasarkan hasil analisis yang sudah digunakan untuk menciptakan Terminal Tipe A yang Optimal . Rekomendasi untuk Terminal Tipe A Tidar agar zona pelayanan yang ada di Terminal dapat disesuaikan dengan standar yang ada. Selain itu, perlu di lengkapi fasilitas yang belum ada, terutama yang mendapatkan prioritas utama. Dan menerapkan jarak rekomendasi keterpaduan antar fasilitas sesuai harapan dari penumpang. Dengan hal tersebut diharapkan, masyarakat yang menggunakan angkutan umum di terminal menjadi meningkat, dan penumpang merasakan nyaman dan aman.
