Abstract

The performance of the Tanjung Uban Roro Port can be directly felt by the community as users of ferry port services. Services that are not yet optimal, such as waiting room locations that are not yet available and other facilities at this port. Roro Port has a fairly high movement, therefore it is necessary to provide intermodal integration services which currently do not yet exist at the Tanjung Uban Roro Port. The analytical method used in this study is analysis of determining the number of samples, measuring integration performance, trip segment analysis, schedule integration analysis and analysis of passenger and vehicle circulation arrangements. Efforts that can be made for intermodal integration at Tanjung Uban Port are creating a physical integration system, schedule integration and information integration. The results showed that after structuring the stops and efforts to increase intermodal integration, the value of Segment Disutility for the worst time was heading to Kepri Trans with an entry time of 65 minutes after increasing integration to 7 minutes.
