Abstract

Mass rapid transit (MRT) Jakarta is a rapid transit transportation system using electric rail trains in Jakarta. In today's era, the mode of transportation is prima donna among the community because in addition to the price of affordable prices also because of the security and comfort level. Mass rapid transit (MRT) is expected to be an effective and efficient mode of transportation for population mobility with larger villages. The analysis used by the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) for information on the level of passenger satisfaction of a service by measuring the level of interest and performance level from the service facility on the trip at MRT Lebak Bulus Jakarta Station. The characteristics of passengers on the way of the Jakarta MRT Train and Lebak Bulus Station are tending to be male gender. Susceptible to age at most 20-30 years. The job of MRT Jakarta passengers is mostly private employees and students who have the most work and education purpose. Analysis of the interest rates of the Facility located on the way of the MRT Jakarta train and the Lebak Bulus Station there are 5 attributes in entering square one whose attributes are needed for evaluation and improvement. The facilities that are included in the square one are the seat conditions, Baggage Rack, Ticket payment Gate, waiting room (Platform), the availability of passenger service facilities (ATM). Facilities on the MRT Jakarta Station and Lebak Bulus's Station are already met according to the minimum service standards in accordance with the DKI Jakarta Governor Regulation No. 95 of 2019.
