Abstract

Cikudapateuh Station is a small class station in the working area of the Class I Bandung Railway Engineering Center which is located on the Bandung - Cicalengka crossing by serving 2 trains, namely the Bandung Raya Local Train and the Garut Cibatu Local Train. Assessing the passenger service facilities available at Cikudapateuh Station, based on research predictions, there are several passenger service facilities at Cikudapateuh Station that do not meet the requirements in accordance with the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards for Transportation of People by Train. Analysis used in this research is: Analysis of forecasting the number of passengers at Cikudapateuh Station, Analysis of the Existing Conditions of Passenger Service Facilities at Cikudapateuh Station, Analysis of the number of passengers at peak hours, and Analysis of the level of satisfaction and importance of passenger service facilities at Cikudapateuh Station. Based on the analysis of the level of satisfaction and importance using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method, the CSI value is 0.76, while based on the Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, 7 passenger service facilities at Cikudapateuh Station are found in quadrant I and 1 passenger service facility in quadrant III. Passenger service facilities located in quadrant I have the highest priority level for improvement. Facilities that are in quadrant I are: Access in and out of the station, Safety Facilities, Health Facilities, Waiting room facilities, passenger boarding / alighting facilities, parking facilities, and facilities for people with disabilities and nursing mothers. In addition, for facilities that are in quadrant III with a low priority level for improvement are toilet facilities. All facilities are upgraded based on the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 63 of 2019 as well as the level of satisfaction and importance of passengers to passenger service facilities at Cikudapateuh Station.
