Abstract

Land transportation, especially rural transportation, plays a very important role in supporting every movement and movement of people. The higher the movement of people, the demand for rural transportation which is one of the means of supporting human activity is increasing. It is necessary to determine tariffs for transport users in supporting the operation of rural transportation based on 3 aspects, namely the operator, user and regulator aspects. However, in the implementation, it was found that the difference between the current condition tariff and the applicable rate in the field is the rate set unilaterally by the operator. The method used in this study is the calculation of rates based on Vehicle Operating Costs (BOK) to find out the appropriate rates from the operator's point of view, the calculation of rates based on Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) to find out what the appropriate rates are from the user's point of view. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, there are differences between the currently applicable tariffs and tariffs based on BOK, ATP and WTP.
