Abstract

Kebumen Regency is one of the regencies in Central Java Province which continues to experience development as a result of economic growth. One of the economic areas in Kebumen Regency is the Central Business District area. This area is dominated by shops, then there is the Tumenggungan Market which is the main market, education area, offices, and government. In this area there is a major road, namely Jalan Soekarno Hatta where there are 3 problematic APILL intersections that are close to each other, namely the Tugu Lawet Intersection, Pawnshop Interchange, and SMPN 5 Intersection. The distance from each of these intersections is 328 meters and 273 meters. With performance services for the existing conditions of each E, D, E in June 2023. Then optimization of cycle time and coordination was carried out using MKJI and Transyt 16 analysis. Then obtained performance services for coordination results in coordination 3 using a cycle time of 56 seconds, namely D, C , C with the ability to pass the vehicle reaching 100% and the travel time from 155 seconds to 87.57 seconds.
