Abstract

Abstract Borobudur Terminal is one of the type C terminals in Magelang Regency. The lack of facilities at Borobudur Terminal makes the terminal service less than optimal when compared to the Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 40 of 2015 concerning Service Standards for the Implementation of Passenger Transportation Terminals and Regulation of the Minister of Transportation Number 24 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Passenger Transportation Terminals. The purpose of this study is to improve Borobudur Terminal services so that they can be implemented according to applicable standards. The method used is the facility weighting method based on Ministerial Regulation Number 40 of 2015 and Ministerial Regulation Number 24 of 2021, and the Importance Performance Analysis method where sampling uses a random sampling method for terminal service users. The results of the weighting evaluation show that terminal facilities do not meet the standards as evidenced by the large number of facilities in quadrant I in the Importance Performance Analysis method, which means that these facilities are important but their performance is not yet there. Based on the evaluation results, the recommendations suggested are in the form of improving and arranging facilities according to the needs of service users, as well as arranging circulation at the Borobudur Terminal. Keywords: Terminal, Evaluation, Improvement Abstrak Terminal Borobudur merupakan salah satu terminal tipe C yang ada di Kabupaten Magelang. Kurangnya fasilitas yang ada di Terminal Borobudur membuat pelayanan terminal yang belum optimal jika dibandingkan dengan Peraturan Mentri Perhubungan Nomor 40 Tahun 2015 tentang Standar Pelayanan Penyelenggaraan Terminal Penumpang Angkutan dan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 24 Tahun 2021 Penyelenggaraan tentang Terminal Penumpang Angkutan Jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan pelayanan Terminal Borobudur agar dapat terselenggara sesuai standar yang berlaku. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode pembobotan fasilitas berdasarkan Peraturan Mentri Nomor 40 Tahun 2015 dan Peraturan Mentri Nomor 24 Tahun 2021, dan metode Importance Performance Analysis dimana pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode random sampling terhadap pengguna jasa terminal. Hasil evaluasi pembobotan menunjukkan fasilitas terminal belum memenuhi standar dibuktikan dengan banyaknya fasilitas yang berada di kuadran I pada metode Importance Performance Analysis yang artinya fasilitas tersebut penting tetapi kinerjanya belum ada. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi, rekomendasi yang disarankan berupa peningkatan dan penataan fasilitas sesuai kebutuhan pengguna jasa, serta penataan sirkulasi di Terminal Borobudur.
