Abstract
Jalan Raya Batu Lawang is a national road that has a collector road function with a 2/2 TT road type including the top 4 Accident Prone Areas where in 2021-2023 there were 31 accidents, 9 people died, 6 people were seriously injured, and 38 people suffered minor injuries. With material losses reaching Rp. 85,000,000.00-. The average speed of vehicles on Jalan Raya Batu Lawang passing 65 km / h there are no signs on the National road section, the highest is 60 km / h and is not supported by infrastructure such as signs and markings on this road some have faded, some of the lights are broken, there are also warning lights that are not feasible and there are many sharp turns that can cause traffic conflicts, found at several points the road is damaged so that it can endanger road users passing on Jalan Raya Batu Lawang. Identification of factors causing accidents on Jalan Raya Batu Lawang is caused by 3 factors, namely human factors, infrastructure factors and environmental factors. Based on the speed analysis on Jalan Raya Batu Lawang, the highest average speed of vehicles traveling is motorbikes both from the direction entering and leaving the city of Banjar for a motorcycle speed of 70 km / h, for stopping visibility with a plan speed of 60 km / h is 84.64 meters. Based on the HIRADC analysis, it is found that some have an extreme risk level value of 1 hazard, a moderate risk level of 11 hazards, and a low risk level of 6 hazards and a bend radius of 10 bends from 6 segments where segment 3 has a dangerous radius value.
