Abstract
Railway station is a railroad infrastructure as a place to depart and stop trains. Kayutanam Station has a medium station classification, located in Nagari Kayutanam, Kayutanam 2x11 District, Padang Pariaman Regency, West Sumatra Province. Some facilities at Kayutanam Station are not suitable and adequate where the waiting room cannot accommodate all passengers during peak hours, toilets consist of only 2 toilets and 1 washbasin in male and female toilets, there is no ramp and guilding block for people with disabilities, no platform canopy, boarding and alighting facilities at Kayutanam Station still use low platforms, and unavailability of services based on entity activities such as automatic parking bars and drop zones. So it is necessary to increase passenger satisfaction and service facilities that are not yet available based on entity activities at Kayutanam Station. The analysis used in this study is an analysis of the existing conditions of service facilities by comparing the provisions in the minimum service standards, analysis of service interests and passenger satisfaction with IPA and CSI methods, analysis of design plans, and analysis of entity activities at Kayutanam Station. Based on the analysis of the level of importance and satisfaction, the CSI value of this study with a value of 0.75 indicates that overall the facilities at Kayutanam Station are satisfied and there are 5 service facilities at Kayutanam Station in quadrant I that need to be improved, including toilet facilities, waiting room facilities, boarding and alighting facilities, canopy facilities, and facilities for people with disabilities. While in the analysis of entity activities at Kayutanam Station, it is necessary to make automatic parking bars and drop zone.
