Abstract

Intermodal integration is a transportation system that can continuously move passengers or goods from the point of origin to the point of destination. At Mandai Station, there is an intermodal integration service in the form of the Trans Mamminasata Bus with the route Panakukkang Mall – Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport – Mandai Station which operates 4 (four) times a day according to the arrival and departure schedule of KRDE Andalan Celebes. In its implementation, there are several things that have not met expectations, including the unknown characteristics of passengers for the advanced mode of transportation and the number of Trans Mamminasata Bus fleets operating to Mandai Station is only 1 (one) unit so that it is not able to accommodate passenger demand. The method used in the study is a Station Interview survey to find out the characteristics of passengers so that they can find out the expectations of passengers for the integration mode applied at Mandai Station. Then conduct a dynamic survey on the Trans Mamminasata Bus to find out the operational performance of transportation and passenger demand so as to get a fleet of Trans Mamminasata Buses that are in accordance with passenger demand at Mandai Station. Based on the results of the analysis, the availability of the Trans Mamminasata Bus fleet is currently not able to serve passenger demand properly. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the Trans Mamminasata Bus fleet in accordance with the demand of passengers at Mandai Station
