Abstract

Brambanan Station is one of the stations crossed by the Jogja - Solo electric train which is in great demand by the public to use the electric train because it is cheap, fast, on time and has many tourist attractions near the station, so it has the potential to increase the number of passengers every month for work and tourism. To support the comfort and satisfaction of passengers at the station, it must be equipped with comfortable and safe services. However, with station services that are still not maximized, it will affect the level of passenger satisfaction, because the increasing number of passengers at Brambanan Station must also adjust services to the minimum service standards regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation Number 63 of 2019. Based on the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods to determine passenger satisfaction with service performance at Brambanan Station. There are still many services that are not yet available and have not functioned optimally such as low platforms so that passengers find it difficult to get off the train, toilets, waiting rooms that are still cramped, facilities for people with disabilities and others that can affect the level of passenger satisfaction so that passenger service improvements are made at the Brambanan Station.
