Abstract

Preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Care 100 to 500 hours of MTT (Multi Tie Temper) facilities in the Railway Maintenance Center with research methods that identify problems after that data collection and analyze and troubleshoot with the aim of Proposed SOP (standard Operating procedure) on the treatment of 100 to 500 hours of MTT (Multi Tie Tamper) facilities and Make a schedule of P1 to P6 treatment on a calender base basis at the Ngrombo treatment center and conclusions and means Implementation of Facility Maintenance is quite good but for the implementation of maintenance still uses MI (Manual Instruction) and there is no QC (quality Control) for maintenance of facilities.
