Abstract
The Railway Testing Center is given the responsibility to carry out testing of railway infrastructure, testing of railway facilities, and testing of railway HR. One example of the testing field for Railway HR at the Railway Testing Center that has not been optimal is the testing of railroad crossing guards where the Railway HR testing is carried out through four stages, namely theory test, health test, interview test, and practical test. However, supporting equipment or teaching aids in the form of simulation of level crossings to support the test, there is no such thing. This study uses the Research and Development method and analyzes the comparison of the tools and components used. This research went through the stages of designing, manufacturing, and testing tools using Arduino Nano as microcontroller. Based on the test results, this tool works
