Abstract
MRT Jakarta (Jakarta Integrated Greater Mode) is Jakarta's rapid transit rail transportation system. The maintenance carried out at the Lebak Bulus MRT Depot is a type of periodic maintenance (routine maintenance). The purpose of this writing is to improve the system, work methods, maintenance behavior of facilities that have been running in the field, in accordance with the maintenance instructions for maintenance of facilities. The data collection techniques used were library research, observation, and interviews. The data analysis carried out in this study refers to the Fishbone Analysis or what is often called the Cause Effect Diagram. The results of data analysis show that MRT Jakarta facilities have met the ready-to-operate tolerances, namely there are 14 trainsets. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the availability of all MRT Jakarta facilities when the Semi Final Maintenance (SPA) program was implemented, the Ready to Operate (SO) facilities became 14 trainsets, 1 trainset Not Ready for Operation (TSGO) facilities, and Not Ready for Operation (TSGO) facilities. Operation 1 trainset (TSO). In P12 maintenance, the A-B team still needs 2 employees. The maintenance method for MRT Jakarta facilities in the twelve monthly maintenance (P12) is to replace several parts that can be extended, such as rubber bellows, shunt wire, and wipers. Maintenance costs for component replacement facilities can be reduced by Rp. 760,396,800/year.
