Abstract

Semin Terminal is a Type C Terminal located in Gunung Kidul Regency and serves rural transportation. The condition of the terminal building consists of 70% main facilities and 10% supporting facilities and several building conditions need to be repaired. In addition, many facilities are not suitable for use and designation in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 24 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Passenger Terminals and Ministerial Regulation Number 40 of 2015 concerning Service Standards for Road Transport Passenger Terminal Operations. As a result, Semin Terminal is still not optimal. The method used is the evaluation method for main facilities, supporting facilities and public facilities as the basis for calculating the area requirements for each facility. In addition, an evaluation was also carried out in the work area and terminal supervision, so that the existing conditions and proposals for terminal facilities could be obtained in the form of rearranging the facilities and functions of each terminal facility according to their proper use and restructuring the circulation of vehicles and people to avoid conflicts.
