Abstract

One of the problems that exist in the Railway Testing Center to the Public Service Agency (BLU) is inadequate testing facilities, where this can affect the performance of the Railway Testing Center to the Public Service Agency (BLU). For this reason, it is necessary to improve facilities and develop good management at the Railway Testing Center. This research is aimed to determine the level of performance and importance of the railway human resource testing service facility at the Railway Testing Center. This study uses analysis of Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI) to determine the level of satisfaction of users of Railway HR testing services. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the CSI value from this study is 0.65 or 65% which indicates that the overall Railway HR testing service facility is included in the fairly satisfied category and there are 4 attributes of service facilities that are the main priority to immediately improve their performance, among others, availability of adequate waiting rooms, availability of simulator facilities and practical test rooms, availability of Health test rooms/clinics, and availability of interview test rooms.
