Abstract

PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen is engaged in construction, trading, property and railroad maintenance. The work managed by PT Kereta Api Properti Management is the processing of human resources by providing work contracts as well as salaries, uniforms, attributes and certifications which are directly managed by the unit. maintenance of rail roads and bridges and carrying out road and bridge maintenance work by using wholesale services in the form of independent or satkon. At the company PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen with 6,344 workers. Conventional data management creates some difficulties in obtaining personnel data for employee salary data collection and difficulties in obtaining administrative support data. So now companies must develop a Human Resource Information System (HRIS) mobile application. This system was developed as an outsourced and workorder database application based on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) using the Waterfall development method and the PHP and HTML programming languages so that the output was MySQL as a database. The application is used as a proposal to replace the existing conventional system with a technological system that is useful for companies in helping to control practical worker data with website media that can be accessed by administrators of each area or workers managed by PT Kereta Api Properti Manajemen and assist workers in licensing leave or change the service and recap of workers' salaries so that the system is made according to the needs of the user.
