Abstract

The terminal is a road transport infrastructure for the purpose of dropping off and raising passengers, intra and/or inter-mode transfers and arranging the arrival and departure of public transportation. Based on Regulation of the Minister of Transportation No. 24 of 2021 on the implementation of road transport passenger terminals, passenger terminals must have main facilities, supporting facilities, and public facilities, with the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 40 of 2015, standard of service of the maintenance of passenger terminals of road transport, passenger terminals must be provided and implemented by the operators of road transport passenger terminals that include safety services, security services, reliability/regularity services, convenience services, convenience/affordability services, and equality services
