Abstract

In improving the implementation of urban transportation services, evaluation is needed from various sides, including Network Performance, Service Performance, to Transportation Entrepreneurship Performance. The performance of city transportation services in the Mojokerto City Region is still less than optimal. With the lack of coverage of transportation services in the area, it will reduce the performance and public interest in using public transportation. The method used in this research is Analyzing Network Performance, Service Performance by calculating the number of potential requests and the required fleet according to demand, and calculating vehicle operating costs, income and profit/loss for transportation entrepreneurs. Where after the performance plan is carried out, the proposed plan is in accordance with the minimum service standards set by the government
