Abstract
ABSTRAK Kabupaten Cilacap belum memiliki Terminal tipe B yang melayani Angkutan Antarkota Dalam Provinsi dan pelayananya berada di terminal tipe C. Adanya permintaan sehingga perlu adanya Pembangunan terminal tipe B. Hal ini menjadi permasalahan dikabupaten Cilacap sehingga dimasukan pada Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Cilacap tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kabupaten Cilacap Tahun 2011-2031. Banyaknya operator angkutan menaik turunkan penumpang disembarang tempat sehingga mengganggu arus lalu lintas disekitar Data primer adalah inventarisasi usulan lokasi terminal dan kondisi lalu lintas disekitarnya. Data sekunder meliputi RTRW, peta administrasi wilayah, statistik kependudukan, dan tambahan data praktek kerja lapangan sebagai acuan dan pendukung dalam melaksanakan penelitian. Yang digunakan dalam penelitian kali ini adalah analisis multi kriteria dengan jenis penelitian berupa studi kasus yang menggali suatu masalah dengan batasan yang jelas. Pilihan lokasi terbaik adalah lokasi alternatif 3 yang terletak di Desa Kedawung, pada ruas jalan A Yani Kroya. yang berdasarkan nilai pembobotan pemilihan lokasi dengan metode Composite Performance Index (CPI) dengan nilai total 431,29. Desain kebutuhan fasilitas utama dan penunjang yang sesuai dengan peraturan dan standar. Dengan adanya terminal tipe B Kroya di Kabupaten Cilacap, maka akan menunjang operasional angkutan umum. Kata Kunci: Terminal Tipe B, Data Primer, Data Sekunder Composite Performance Index. ABSTRACT Cilacap Regency does not yet have a type B terminal serving Intercity Transportation with in the Province and AKAP and AKDP transportation services are in type C terminals. There is a demand for the development of type B terminals. This is a problem in Cilacap Regency so that it is included in the Cilacap Regency Regional Regulation concerning the Cilacap Regency Regional Spatial Plan 2011-2031. The number of transportation operators picking up and dropping off passengers in any place, disrupting the flow of traffic around Primary data is an inventory of proposed terminal locations and surrounding traffic conditions. Secondary data includes RTRW, regional administration maps, population statistics, and additional field work practice data as a reference and support in carrying out research. What is used in this research is a multi-criteria analysis with a type of research in the form of a case study that explores a problem with clear boundaries. The best location choice is alternative location 3 located in Kedawung Village, on the A Yani Kroya road section. which is based on the weighting value of site selection using the Composite Performance Index (CPI) method with a total value of 431,29. Design of main and supporting facility requirements in accordance with regulations and standards. With the existence of the Kroya type B terminal in Cilacap Regency, it will support public transportation operations.
