Abstract

Rejosari Carriage Depot carries out monthly maintenance for the deries which reaches 60-61 month. With only 40 people for a day to carry out routine inspections and existing facilities and equipment, entry times to the depot occur earliner and completion of inspections is later than specified in the maintenance schedule. The average maintenance at the depot every mont is 6 days/series, while the time is should be is 3 days/series, with the time between breakdowns varying each mont, so it is necessary to rearrange the maintenance schedule. At the Rejosari Carriage Depot, 35 nurses are still needed, to support the monthly inspections at the rejosari Carriage depot, apart form that, the equipment and inspection places must be improved so that the monthly inspections are more efficient and optimal.
