Abstract

The depo is a place to maintenance railway facilities for daily, 1 (one) monthly, 3 (three) monthly, 6 (six) monthly, and 1 (one) yearly. The depot is a facility unit under the Railway Administration Agency in one area of the Operating Area/Regional Division which is responsible to the Facilities Manager. The reliability of locomotive facilities on the cross is the responsibility of the locomotive depot. In this study, several analyses were used, namely locomotive reliability analysis, program analysis and realization of locomotive maintenance, identifying the condition of maintenance facilities and equipment at the Sidotopo Locomotive Depot, and analyzing the needs of locomotive maintenance employees. The analysis is carried out to get conclusions and suggestions from existing problems. The results obtained from this study are in the form of recommendations for the transfer of spatial functions at the Sidotopo Locomotive Depo and a re-check of locomotive facilities that have carried out maintenance before the facilities are ready for operation (SO) on the track. As well as the results obtained, it is expected to be able to solve existing problems.
