Abstract

The Tidore Islands City Hospital is one of the centers of community activities that has a high attraction. On the Jalan Sultan Mansyur Segment 2 there is also a stadium that is directly opposite the hospital. The stadium is actively used for sports activities so that on certain days traffic jams often occur due to the unavailability of parking facilities, especially for On street parking. This causes the placement of vehicle parking is not efficient . Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the parking angle so as not to reduce the capacity of the road which can affect the performance of the road segment. In data collection, there are two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through the process of direct observation and measurement of the study material in the field, the surveys carried out were the Road Inventory Survey and the Parking Survey. For secondary data obtained from agencies related to the required data, the Sultan Mansyur Segment 2 segment has a VC Ratio of 0.57 because the effective width and capacity of the road section are reduced by the presence of on-street parking that is not well organized. From the results of the calculation of the capacity of the road in the existing condition, it can be seen that the traffic performance on Jalan Sultan Mansyur Segment 2 shows a problem. with a 90o parking angle pattern for motorcycles and a 0o parking angle pattern for car types.
